The company is now offering a floor level bin, pallet or container tilter. With this tilter, the company says loads are rolled into the bin tilter carriage by a pallet truck or wheeled vehicle and tilted up to 87 degrees. The bin tilter can be used for feeding parts to assemblers as it is said to eliminate the stooping and bending that usually is required with parts picking.
The bin tilter comes in a 2000 lb. and a 4000 lb. capacity, and has a carriage of 50" x 50", which the company says, will handle most loads. It has a 1 hp 110 V single-phase motor and speeds of 20 or 28 seconds. The company says the tilt height is approximately 30" to bring loads to a working height.
