Dynabrade will feature its Dynafile abrasive belt machine, which is designed to grind, deburr, blend and finish normally inaccessible areas on materials such as metal, plastic, fiberglass and other composites. Applications include light corner weld removal and weld blending. A belt tracking system in the machines is designed to provide trouble-free operation. More than 30 different interchangeable contact arms are available for a wide range of applications. The machine uses coated abrasive belts 0.500", 0.250" or 0.125" wide by 24" long. Non-woven nylon and cloth polishing belts are also available. The machine has a 20,000-rpm tool and a lightweight, thermal-insulated composite housing that is designed to reduce vibration and prevent transmission of cold air to the operator’s hands. The air motor is also adjustable for comfortable throttle lever position. Available accessories include Dynaswivel air-line connectors, Dyna-Jet in-line blow guns, motor tune-up kits, tool bench mounts and more.
