Jergens’ Fixture Pro quick-change, workholding system is designed to provide multisided access to pallet-mounted workpieces to reduce setup times on five-axis machines.
 
The right workholding equipment can go a long way to reducing setup times, speeding change-overs, facilitating automation and optimizing five-axis machining operations. But how do you know if you’re getting the most out of your current workholding devices? Jergens not only can provide guidance, but the company is also is giving three machine shops the chance to win up to $5,000 in new workholding products to boot.
 
Jergens offers a number of advanced workholding solutions it says can lead to more efficient processes and higher profits, including its Ball Lock mounting system, Zero Point system and Fixture Pro 5-Axis quick-change devices. Moreover, three lucky winners of the company’s “Savings Under the Spindle” contest will receive a custom cost-savings analysis at their facility and up to $5,000 in the Jergens workholding equipment that’s best-suited for their specific needs.
