EOS Offers Online Additive Manufacturing Training
EOS' Additive Minds Academy online additive manufacturing training is now available to the U.S. market.

Following a launch in Europe, 3D printing technology supplier EOS is expanding its to the American market. The program offers additive manufacturing (AM) training for users of varying skill levels that consists of individual learning modules as well as more extensive learning paths. Additive Minds Academy customers receive training for onboarding new employees, as well as for existing employees.
According to EOS, the program consists of more than 18 topic-based learning modules and three full courses, including “AM Data Preparation Specialist Metal,” which focuses on improving job prep and reducing failed build; “AM Application Specialist Metal,” which focuses on enhancing application development and reducing employee onboarding time; and “AM Data Preparation Specialist Polymer,” which focuses on reducing training time and reducing build job determination.
Additive Minds Academy students will learn through a combination of educational videos, web-based training sessions led by EOS’ trained consulting team, and independent learning segments. Participants are supervised throughout the course, receive one-on-one feedback and are certified by the Additive Minds Academy upon completion of the program.
In 2016, EOS founded its Additive Minds applied engineering group with the mission of helping organizations succeed with industrial 3D printing. EOS’ network of AM experts are now also supporting the Additive Minds Academy program.
