Mitutoyo America Corp. is expanding its Custom Solutions offerings. The company will now offer “end-to-end solutions” for its customers as well as customization of products for specific applications.
“Our newly expanded offering shows our commitment and dedication to providing support to our business partners and meeting today’s demanding technology needs during the entire lifetime of their equipment,” says Matt Dye, president.
Custom Solutions engineers offer a variety of services and capabilities including sensor customization and inline inspection; and design and building of custom fixtures, sensors, part loading/holding systems, optics, algorithms, firmware, user software, and fully-automated, closed-loop solutions to incorporate precision measurement and inspection into a company’s manufacturing process. Additionally, Custom Solutions offers custom calibration.
