Mazak Optonics will showcase four fiber generator laser machines, including the Optiplex Nexus 3015 Fiber. This 2D laser cutting system’s rugged construction promotes high performance for fabrication job shops and production environments. In addition, the platform can integrate intelligent setup and monitoring functions. The Optiplex Nexus 3015 is available in 2-, 3- and 4-kW configurations.
The laser machine has a large side access door and an automated two-pallet-changer design, as well as compatibility with the company’s automated material handling systems. A helical rack and pinion positioning system promotes high throughput and accuracy. The Preview 3 control with 15" touchscreen includes integrated tech tables that simplify operation, the company says.
