MC Machinery Systems offers the fifth generation of 2D Mitsubishi lasers, the eX machine, which replaces the LVP series. According to the company, it delivers low running costs, eco-friendly features for power and gas consumption, and stable operation to increase productivity and efficiency.
The eco mode is said to reduce running costs by as much as 90 percent during standby mode. Carbon dioxide emissions are also said to be reduced by around 30 percent compared to common machines. The machine’s compact design provides a small footprint without reducing table size. A magnetic head protects from crashes and eases recovery.
A built-in control panel, window into the workpiece area and a barcode reader also ease operation. Other features include high-speed lens movement; a large work area; simple nesting with component thumbnails displayed on the screen; an email notification system; and a faster processing head.
