ATI Stellram’s XE solid carbide end mill is designed to slot and profile to higher radial and axial engagements, and run at higher surface speeds and feeds in difficult-to-machine materials. The tool is designed to run fast and cool. Also, through-tool coolant and a deep-flute design evacuate chips more efficiently. The tool’s longer shaft maximizes clamping and reach, and it helps minimize vibration. The end mill is manufactured from a submicron substrate and is coated with PVD Nano TiAlN.
