The company's line of production cutting bi-metal band saw bladesÌýmay be usedÌýin a range of applications. The Gladiator blades are designed for cutting mild to stainless steels as well as nickel-based and non-ferrous alloys. They also cut varying shapes, solids and tubing.

The product lineÌýfeatures bi-metal construction with fatigue-resistant alloy steel backing for wear and heat resistance. With a design that includes triple-tempered M42 high-speed steel teeth with eight percent cobalt (RC 67 to 69) at a rake angle as high as 12 degrees, the blades deliver chip clearance and faster, straighter cuts, the company says.

Blades are available in seven different widths and thicknesses, ranging from ¾" × 0.035" to 3 1/8" × 0.063".
