Quality Vision International Zone3 CAD-based metrology software, used on OGP SmartScope multisensor dimensional measurement systems, incorporates graphical tools to assist the user within its 3D CAD model interface. Animated previews offer visual feedback to guide the user through the measurement process. The metrology software offers a range of geometric measurement tools, multisensor AutoPath generation, animated alignment tools, real-time machine kinematics, a graphical sensor builder, and built-in GD&T evaluation. Many native CAD formats are accepted, and the software enables comparing measured parts directly to their CAD models.
