Jarng Yeong’s HCP/HC series CNC lathe is built with a stable body structure, one cast molding and a tempering treatment intended to ensure the life of the lathe’s mechanical accuracy. The lathe’s X and Z axes are available for slide guideways or linear guideways. The spindle is made from high-alloy steel and is hardened by precision grinding with precision P4-class ball bearings. According to the company, the spindle provides high axial and radial load capacities and quality cutting performance. A self-luminous control panel, 10.4 TFT LCD screen, path simulation and handwheel simulation come standard. The spindle can accommodate a three-jaw chuck or a collet chuck for practicability in turning a single workpiece or bar. A variety of optional accessories are also available to achieve complete processing of complex functions.
