Available from Northfield Precision Instrument Corp., the DPH-300I is a 3" diameter, six-jaw diaphragm air chuck with an internal rotary union. This keeps the air-feed tube stationary to reduce rotating-tube vibration and to allow the chuck to operate and speeds as fast as 15,000 rpm. The chucks are tooled with special jaws and stops to hard-turn fuel-injection components.
In addition, the company offers through-hole, high speed and quick-change air chucks as well as custom chucks and jaws. With accuracies ranging from 0.001" to 0.00001", they are available in sizes ranging from 3" to 18".
