Big Kaiser Precision Tooling will display its complete line of Kaiser digital heads, including the Series 112 EWD 2-32, designed for small machines with tight work envelopes. This model is Kaiser’s smallest digital precision boring head with a concentric insert holder. Features include power management for optimized battery life, inch or millimeter display, IP 69K seal rating, minimized imbalance with the tool carrier in center position, and optimized bore depth by a through-hole tool carrier.
Other products on display include the Big Daishowa Smart Damper and Mega Perfect Grip chuck; Speroni Magis and Futura presetters; ESA 120/70 chucks; and Sphinx microtools.
