Edge Technologies features six product releases, including:
- FMB Turbo RS 3-38 – The latest version of the FMB Turbo 3-38 for sliding-headstock CNC lathes featuring the company’s Revolutionary Sliding (RS) technology. RS is said to fully support the bar pusher and stock from inside the bar feeder all the way into the lathe spindle
- FMB Turbo RS 4-45 – A recent product that combines FMB’s RS design with the auto-adjust feature to create a magazine feeder, which can optimize bar stability and achieve lean throughput on lower production runs
- Rebel 80 Servo V3 – A short loader (spindle-length loader) with enhanced features and user-friendliness for automating short production runs at an economical price
- Patriot Gen II – The second-generation rollout of the Patriot 338 and 551 with enhanced features
- Minuteman 320 V3 – The third generation of one of Edge Technologies’ automatic magazine bar feeders for 20-mm Swiss CNC lathes, an update that aims for simplicity, reliability and an economical price
- Ranger 120 – An upgrade of the Ranger 112- to 20-mm capacity, with an
advanced bar separation system for applications down to 1 mm and below. The Ranger 120 offers a solution for small bars and is intended to be cost effective.
