Sumitomo’s DNX 25-degree face mill for iron and steel applications features a lowered cutting force and V-shaped insert edge. With eight cutting edges on each insert, the face mill is said to decrease vibration while increasing stability during machining. The ACK and ACP grades are specifically designed for cast iron and steel applications.
