Cimcool’s Cimtech 610 metalworking fluid is designed for milling and drilling applications in aerospace and aluminum alloys. Its hybrid blend of lubricants is said to provide synergistic performance on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials without corrosion or stain. According to the company, it is especially useful for tough operations in hard, brittle metals such as Inconel, titanium, stainless steel, aerospace alloys and hardened steel. The low-foaming fluid is said to provide good part visibility, a near-neutral pH and heavy-duty performance without chlorine, sulfur or phosphorus EP lubricants.
