NS Tool Co. showcases its Four-Flute Long Neck Corner Radius End Mill with short shank for hardened steel and high-accuracy cutting.
Features include a wiper and seamless shape to improve surface roughness, as well as corner R accuracy ±0.003 mm, which enhances finishing performance on hardened steels.
The end mill features a Mugen Premium Plus coating for hardened steels with strong back taper, which reduces chattering to realize long tool life and excellent finishing surface. The tool is made using a micro-grain carbide material, and it reportedly features the world’s smallest diameter of four-flute end mills, with a size range of Φ 0.1 × R0.01 ~ Φ 2 × R0.5 (a total of 131 sizes).
