BIG-Plus CAT50 shell mill adapters from BIG Kaiser are now available in standard 8", 10" and 12" gage lengths on 1" and 1½" pilot diameters and 4" and 6" lengths on a 1¼" pilot diameter. For increased rigidity, the 10" and 12" lengths with the 1" pilot diameter feature a tapered body.

BIG-Plus CAT40 shrink-fit holders are available with a 6" gage length for 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" diameters. BIG-Plus CAT50 shrink-fit holders are available in 6" lengths for 3/4", 1" and 1¼" diameters and offer high clamping forces, low runout and a small nose diameter to reduce clearance issues, the company says. Metric sizes are available upon request.
