Engineered for use in high speed cutting and deburring on a variety of materials, Dynabrade, Inc.’s air-powered, 100,000-rpm Pencil Grinder features an ergonomic, pencil-type shaft for operator comfort and control. The housing also has a comfortable “non-slip” grip, the company adds.
This rear exhaust tool has tactile cues on the shaft end to alert the operator to the rotating area. The high speed, turbine-driven air tool has no wearable gears, vanes or blades, which is said to promote long tooling life. Tool speed is adjustable with a twist of an on/off switch. The stainless steel tool housing is constructed for stability and durability. Collet sizes such as 1/8", 3/32", 1/16" and 3 mm are available.
The grinder powers optional carbide burrs and mounted points for precision deburring, engraving, etching, cleaning and other operations.
