Carr Lane Manufacturing’s Carr Lock clamp is a headless clamping system that enables both clamping and locating to occur simultaneously, cutting down on time spent when quick-change tooling on a subplate.
The clamp is available in two variants: primary (-1) and secondary (-2). The primary clamp is used to accurately locate the plate, while the looser fit on the secondary plate reduces binding. Available in three sizes of shank diameter (13 mm, 16 mm, and 20 mm), the system has a maximum hold downforce of 750–3,000 lbs. (depending on size).
