Designed for high-volume precision grinding, Glebar’s GT-610 CNC automatic centerless in-feed/through-feed grinding system features full CNC dressing capability. Offered in either 10" or 12" diameters, the grinder’s 8 5/8"-wide wheel provides expanded in-feed grinding capability and through-feed grinding efficiency, and the independent upper and lower slides combined with an intuitive touchscreen control ease setup. Highly rigid roller guides with 0.1-micron-scale feedback and high-precision, angular contact ABEC 7 bearings on the regulating wheel spindle enable in-feed grinding of eight or more parts per cycle. Advanced controls integrated with part feeding automation and in-line part gaging capability render the GT-610 CNC fully automatic in a lights-out environment. Built on a mineral cast base, the machine provides mechanical stability, rigidity and damping, while its fully enclosed platform with mist collection promotes a clean work area.
