Available from Phillips Precision, Inspection Arsenal Loc-n-Load plates and workholding enable users to create a lean, standardized process for all inspection equipment. A simple docking rail fits coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), vision systems, optical comparators or gage arms. With that in place, standard-size interlocking plates can quickly and easily move among different machines as-needed.
Fixturing on quick-swap plates enables operators to change parts without building and breaking down setups. The system enables fixturing several unique parts or multiples of the same part. Plates can also be dedicated and kept with the job box for fast, repeatable setups. Plates are sold individually or as preconfigured bundled systems (plates and workholding) for CMMs, gage arms, vision systems, optical comparators and more.
