Emag will feature its VL 5 modular inverted vertical turning machine for medium and large batches of parts. The VL series consists of four machines, each with a compact design for flexible machine layout. Combined with self-loading pickup spindles, an integrated O-automation system that transports workpieces helps keep cycles short and productive, the company says. To accommodate machine operators, all the service units are easily within reach, with the various units (electrical system, hydraulics, cooling system, cooling lubricant and central lubrication system) accessible at any time to ease maintenance.
