LNS America’s ChipBlaster line is comprised of high-pressure coolant delivery systems, coolant chillers and cyclonic filtration systems. The coolant system delivers an automatically variable volume of high-pressure coolant to improve machining performance, tool life, chip evacuation and machine tool efficiency while reducing energy useage. The ChipBlaster incorporates a built-in circulation pump and signal and filter alarm circuits, and performs complete ambient temperature tracking. The temperature tracking function ensures that the machine tool maintains optimal operating temperature to minimize thermal drift and the impact of temperature-related deviations regardless of environment.
The line also includes the ChipChiller series of coolant chillers, the SkimBlaster oil skimming unit for eliminating tramp oil, and the standalone or modular Cyclone filter system for fluid filtration down to 2 microns.
