Distributed by CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies, Ganro Industrial Corporation’s GCT series manual horizontal index table adds indexing capability to a horizontal boring mill. The pneumatically clamping and unclamping index table features a two-piece Hirth coupling design to ensure high indexing accuracy and enable heavy cutting forces, the company says.
To operate, users push a red button to unclamp and manually index the table to the desired degree with the included handle. To clamp the table, the user presses the red button again.
Standard tabletop dimensions range from 12" to 55" square with 1- or 5-degree minimum indexing capability. Custom tabletop dimensions and T-slot designs also available.
