Mikron Tool SA Agno will showcase its CrazyMill Cool solid carbide endmill for milling stainless steel, titanium, chrome-cobalt alloys and super alloys. The small milling cutter features through-coolant capability with three to four internal coolant channels, and is capable of slot or pocket milling, contour milling, roughing and finishing operations. Constructed of micro-granulate carbide with an oxidation-resistant coating, the tool provides a low friction coefficient and resists buildup at the cutting edges. Three models are available in diameters ranging from 0.3 to 4 mm (0.02" to 0.16") for maximum depths ranging from 1.5 to 5×D.
