Rosler Metal Finishing offers its R-SF mini-drag machine designed to provide quality finishes and precise, repeatable processes. Suitable for a range of components such as propellers, artificial joints and dental implants, it is said to provide more grinding power than a rotary vibrator while eliminating impingement between delicate components.
The machine features heavy-duty construction, a protective cabin with Plexiglas doors, an industrial-grade motor and a PLC-based control panel for programming. Hydraulically powered carousel assemblies provide vertical movement for versatile processing. The media unload port enables fast media changes, and dosing equipment promotes accurately managed water and compounds. The machine can be equipped with as many as four rotating workstations, each with independent drives. A work bowl lined with highly wear-resistant polyurethane enables years of durable service, the company says.
