Atollogy has built a “smart operation” monitoring system with continuous, unobtrusive monitoring of not just equipment and products, but also the interaction of people with their equipment and the products they make. The company’s instrumentation and proprietary algorithms can provide a variety of signals and alerts to warn of poor utilization for a given machine or work center, a completed job waiting for a new part, and bottlenecks in production. These signals and alerts can include Andon (red, yellow, green) lights, auditory warnings in multiple languages, dashboards on tablets or smartphone messages.
Installation can be done in a few hours without cabling and without the purchase of hardware. The wireless subscription service is running in multiple machine shops and a variety of manufacturing environments.Related Content
