Rush Machinery’s Rush Grinding Fluid Filtration system features a magnetic separator prefilter and collection unit to handle high-volume swarf in grinding, honing and lapping applications. Edge-filtration technology is designed to filter either oil or water with minimal maintenance. Balanced tank sizes ensure separation of clean and dirty fluids, even during the automatic regeneration cycle, the company says. The system enables material reclamation, which is said to be useful for reclaiming high-value materials, carbide, HSS and stainless steel.
Single- and multiple-pump configurations provide clean fluid delivery. Seal-less cast iron filter pumps are designed to extend pump life when handling dirty fluid. The system can be customized for specific machines and shopfloor layouts.
