Omax offers its 60120 JetMachining Center, designed for cutting complex parts from materials such as advanced composites, exotic alloys and traditional metals. Featuring high accuracy of motion, the waterjet accommodates components measuring as large as 5 × 10 ft. (1.52 × 3.05 m). An optional rotary axis enables six-axis cutting for accurate, complex 3D parts from pre-existing CAD or DXF files. The machine is applicable across various industries including oil and gas, aerospace, agriculture, and transportation.
Offered in a variety of horsepower options, the optional EnduroMax pump increases part processing speeds and lowers waterjet operating costs. The direct-drive pump is designed for efficiency, enabling it to deliver more than 85 percent of the power to the cutting nozzle.
The 60120 JetMachining Center comes equipped with the company’s Intelli-Max software suite which, when combined with the EnduroMax Pump, provides higher cutting speeds and greater precision than comparable waterjet machines, according to the company.
