Destaco offers its family of GTB-series servo-positioning rotary tables, which are the first products to be launched as part of the company’s technical partnership with Techno Dynamics Inc. (TDI), a Japanese company which develops motion solutions.
The GTB series features a roller-gear drive andlifetime lubrication to eliminate the need for maintenance and high torque. High speed and motion flexibility meet the payload requirements for a variety of general industrial rotary table applications.
Available in four models, Destaco says that the GTB units are smaller and lighter than other models, while being able to deliver more torque.
In addition, the units can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, so the user does not have to change the application or purchase a different unit.
Each model can support a range of off-the-shelf servomotors for motion flexibility and performance. Each model also features a direct motor coupling that eliminates backlash. An optional gear reducer is available for applications that require increased torque.
