The company's single profile thread mills are manufactured from solid carbide, which is said to provide maximum tool rigidity. With only 13 different thread mills, users can mill coarse or fine threads from #2 through 7/8+.
The single profile design is said to provide controllable pitch diameter and cut length. Long reach tools are available from stock for unfavorable length-to-diameter ratio. The thread mills are designed for milling precision internal and external UN and metric threads. Specialized coating is available.
