Lexair Inc.’s Unload Pro 80-1200 subspindle part unloader can handle unloading solid or tubing finished parts, ranging to 80 mm (3.15") diameter and ranging to 1.2 m (48") length. Subspindle extensions are available.
The unloader is equipped with an incline-adjustable part storage magazine 1 m (40") deep for parts that can touch after unloading. If the parts have a delicate finish or will not roll, an index conveyor is available. Standard unload configuration is an extraction rod equipped with an OD or ID collet, with additional unload clamping methods also available. If the part surface is delicate, an unload tube fitted with nylon bushings can swallow the part to protect the surface while unloading.
The unloader is programmable to enable gentle and fast unloading of parts in a controlled and safe manner. The machine can shift axially for easy spindle liner change. It is applicable for new CNC lathes or can be retrofitted for existing CNC lathes.
