Among the products and technologies Haimer will display are its Microset tool presetters, which are designed to streamline the tool-setting process, reducing setup time by as much as 70 percent, and thereby minimizing idle time and increasing machine utilization. This includes the Uno series, which offers high precision, speed and reliability, and the Vio series, which is said to provide absolute reliability with high-quality components.
Also on display in the company’s booth will be its Power Clamp shrink-fit machines, shrink-fit toolholders and collet chucks; Tool Dynamic balancing machines; Safe-Lock and Duo-Lock technologies; 3D Sensors; and the Cool Flash coolant delivery system.
