The company's HydraVise line of machine vises includes a versatile two-piece model. With this unit, the company says there is no limit to the size of parts held between the two jaws. The two-piece model has an I-beam design and steel construction, which the company says ensures dependable clamping and a long service life.
The complete hydraulic system is contained in the compact, easily-operated spindle. Tons of pressure can be set with a simple turn of the wrist, the company says. The two-piece unit is said to be useful for industrial applications requiring the strength to hold large workpieces or parts in a range of sizes.
