Wintriss Controls Group’s ShopFloorConnect overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), Production Tracking and Data Collection software enable users to quickly and easily leverage data from their machines. ShopFloorConnect is an on-premises software solution that provides timely, accurate and unbiased data directly from the shop floor for making informed management decisions. The company has introduced what it says are flexible, affordable purchase options for the software.
ShopFloorConnect is scalable and well-suited for manufacturers in a variety of industries, including metalforming and metal fabrication, machining, injection molding, discrete manufacturing, packaging and more. The software provides OEE calculations for complex manufacturing environments, and unlike cloud data solutions, customers fully own their data.
ShopFloorConnect is available in three customizable purchase packages, depending on customer requirements for features, capabilities and number of users. The range of starting packages includes two annual subscription-based packages: “Lite” for up to 20 users and “Pro,” which is multisite-capable with unlimited users. A full “Enterprise” purchase with a maintenance agreement is also offered for the most comprehensive setup.
All purchase options include ShopFloorConnect Equipment Summary and Performance Tracker functions. The Tool Tracker, Scheduler, Maintenance Tracker and APIs are available in the Pro and Enterprise options. Reporting, Alerts and External Displays are available in limited quantities in the Lite package and unlimited in Pro and Enterprise.
There are multiple hardware interface options for any ShopFloorConnect setup. Users can choose between any assortment of the SmartPAC 2 or SmartPAC PRO automation press controls, the ShopFloorConnect Machine Interface (SMI 2) and the ShopFloorTracker device.
