PartMaker Training Initiative Aims To Reduce Skills Gap
PartMaker (Fort Washington, Pennsylvania), a division of Delcam, is offering free and reduced-cost training for its knowledge-based CAM system in an effort to help manufacturers take full advantage of Swiss-type and Turn-mill machine capabilities. Any new or existing customer that orders more than $10,000 worth of software from the company before the end of the year will receive free training for one student (these customers can take the training in 2012 if they wish). Customers seeking only training will receive a 20 percent discount on standard rates.
