DoAll will demonstrate its line of Hercules dual-column enclosed CNC band saws, which includes DC-300CNC, DC-400CNC, DC-510CNC and DC-750CNC models. The saws are designed to provide versatile, efficient and accurate sawing solutions for steel service centers, tool making, high-end metalworking, machine shops and fabrication shops. They are said to enable intricate and precise cuts, and full automation for high-production environments like metal service centers.

The Hercules high-production, horizontal CNC machines are efficient, automatic, hydraulically-controlled machines with multiple material feeds. According to DoAll, the saw construction makes it possible to cut a range of full and profile materials, including stainless and tool steel. The enclosed band saws are intended for vertical cuts, and can be used for cutting solids, tubes and profile material as large as 28" (700 mm) in diameter. Dual-column machines can be used for a single cut or serial production cutting. Operators can program each cut to prolong blade life through servo-controlled feed rates and blade torque monitoring. 

The company will also display its StructurAll dual column, dual swivel horizontal band saws; Olympia heavy-duty tube and pipe band saws; and StructurAll dual swivel band saws.
